1. Who we are

The website bellerives.com (the “Site”) and the Bellerives store are operated by LVL AGENCY LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company, 8206 Louisiana Blvd NE, Ste A #3125, Albuquerque, NM 87113, USA (“Bellerives”, “we”, “us”). These Terms of Sale govern every order placed on the Site. By placing an order, you accept them, together with our Shipping policy, our Return policy and our Privacy policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. Orders are accepted for delivery in the United States only.

3. Products

We describe and photograph each lamp as accurately as we can: dimensions in inches and centimeters, materials, power type. Marble and travertine are natural stones; variations in veining, color and pores are part of the material. Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen. Our lamps are decorative ambient lamps and are not intended as task lighting.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Sales tax, where applicable, and the cost of express delivery are calculated at checkout, before you pay. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout; payments are processed securely by our payment providers, and we never store your full card details. We may change our prices at any time; the price applicable is the one shown when you place your order.

5. Orders

Your order is confirmed by email once payment is accepted. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing or description error, suspected fraud, an undeliverable address, or if the item is no longer available; in that case, you are refunded in full. You may cancel an order free of charge by contacting us before it ships.

6. Delivery

Standard delivery is free and takes 8 to 12 days; express delivery takes 6 to 10 days. Details are in our Shipping policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the lamp is delivered.

7. Returns and refunds

You may return a lamp within 30 days of delivery, at your charge, under the conditions of our Return policy.

8. Use and safety

Use each lamp indoors (unless stated otherwise on its page), with its supplied components, following the instructions provided. Corded lamps are designed for standard US outlets. Rechargeable lamps must be charged with the supplied charger. Do not use a lamp that is damaged.

9. Warranty and liability

Our lamps are covered by the implied warranties provided by applicable law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the price you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under the law of your state.

10. Intellectual property

The Bellerives name and logo, product names, photographs, texts and designs on the Site belong to LVL AGENCY LLC or its licensors and may not be reproduced without our written permission. See our Terms of Use.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before any formal claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the matter amicably. Any dispute will be brought before the competent state or federal courts located in New Mexico, unless the law of your state requires otherwise.
