Shipping policy

Bellerives is a brand of LVL AGENCY LLC. This policy explains how and when your lamp reaches you.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses in the United States (the 50 states). We do not ship to P.O. boxes or freight forwarders.

Delivery options and times

Standard delivery — free. Delivered within 8 to 12 days of your order.
Express delivery. Delivered within 6 to 10 days of your order. Its price is shown at checkout, before you pay.

Delivery times are estimates that start once your payment is confirmed. They may be longer during peak periods or in case of carrier delays beyond our control.

Tracking

As soon as your order leaves, you receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking link.

Packaging

Each lamp is packed by hand, with stone, glass and metal parts protected separately. Please keep the original packaging until you are sure you are keeping the lamp: it is required for any return.

Receiving your order

Please check the parcel when it arrives. If the box is visibly damaged, note it with the carrier when possible. If the lamp arrives damaged or a part is missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the lamp and its packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or a refund at no cost to you.
