Bellerives is a French lighting house. Our table lamps are designed and made in small numbers in the workshop of a French artisan, for homes where every object is chosen.

We think of a lamp as a piece of decoration that also gives light, not the other way around.
Each lamp is drawn from a material, its proportions and the presence it brings to a room, lit or not. The references are quiet: Parisian apartments, Italian villas, classic interiors brought up to date. Something of the French art de vivre, at table height.

Each lamp is photographed to scale, next to real furniture. Its light is described as it is. Its dimensions are given in inches, with its materials and its power.
Natural stone varies from one block to the next, and we say so. The aim is simple: no surprise when the box is opened.
